Exceptional
Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Extra points for the lovely hotel cat, Simba. The pool area was very nice as well.
Disliked: The room nor the breakfast was nothing special, but okay. The bathroom in our room was very unfunctional.

Liked: The property was very clean and accessible. We requested for a room change to accommodate our grandmother who needed a wheelchair and they upgraded her to a sea view room, free of charge as it required very few steps. There were even small ramps we could use to help wheel her up. The pool was also lovely and clean in addition to the sun beds and pool loungers, so we had a very relaxing time there. We stayed in a superior Mountain View room which was spacious with comfortable beds, good lighting, a nice sofa, HD TV where we could stream Netflix and YouTube and the mountain view from our balcony was the best part. The property is also in a very good location, the neighbourhood is a bit further from the beach front so it is nice and quiet at night but the hotel is still within a 5 minute walking distance to the beach, so it is very convenient. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Liked: Excellent hotel, very cute and clean. The pool area is very relaxing and the food is great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect, about 10min walk to the beach and 5-10 walk to restaurants.

Disliked: The man at the reception is not so friendly. The breakfast need improvement, it’s too sad for a country with such beautiful local products
Liked: This was a cute little hotel. Wasn't there that long. First encounter with staff was a little brusk but the rest of the time staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was small, breakfast was OK and the pool was nice! Quick to get into town walking. All in all, I would stay there, given the opportunity, again.

Liked: Great stay the staff (Julian) were very welcoming and made our stay enjoyable
Disliked: Nothing - location is very close to Kamari town and beach and facilities very clean and modern
