Great facilities easy access to Fira

Liked: Christine was so helpful and friendly... All of the staff was friendly. The facilities were excellent. The pool and the workout facility were perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere and avoid huge crowds

Disliked: The room we had included a access door to the neighboring room... But we did not rent the neighboring room, and the door was very thin and allowed noise from the neighbors... However, they immediately moved us to another room without an adjoining door so they took care of the problem immediately
