Great property and exceptional staff
Liked: Irene was a fantastic host. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to arrange events and transport for our group.
Great location, facilities & host
Liked: Room was well appointed & very clean. Irene was a wonderful host, we enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools. Location was sensational, walk to everything in Fira, 1 min walk to supermarket & bus station. Perfect!
Disliked: Bed was too soft. I didn't like the wood surround on it either it's a knee knocker & takes up too much room. The bed felt like it had sunk in the middle. We both tossed & turned all night trying to get comfortable. Also only black coffee facilities, no tea or milk even. No brealfast facilities, no ice box or ice on site.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Uma Ray Suites! The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, making the stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and willingness to help really made a difference. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is great for exploring Santorini while having a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, a lovely stay with genuinely excellent service. I would happily recommend Uma Ray Suites!

Liked: A brilliant stay - from incredibly helpful check in info when I was arriving late and after the office had shut, to providing local recommendations and regularly checking in on my stay. I basically had the place to myself. A big room for such a central location and amazingly comfortable bed. Great facilities inside the room and out with two pools as well! Thank you!

Liked: Location, clean room,swimming pools clean and nice, staf was helpful, and the Location is perfect near for everything (bus station supermarket down town)
Liked: Excellent location. In the center, yet far from the noise. Since beaches are hard to come by in Santorini, it's great that this hotel has two pools, an outdoor one and an indoor one. Everything is perfectly clean. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed daily. You also have bathrobes available. The wonderful Irene organized a catamaran trip for us, on which we had an unforgettable time. We will recommend this hotel to everyone, it really made our trip beautiful
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was the overly soft bed. My daughter didn't mind, but it's too soft for me and it affected my sleep
