Exceptional
Liked: Beautiful accommodation, Helpful & friendly staff
Fair to good but I wouldn’t rebook
Liked: Location and view Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Spa to room was under public steps which obstructed the view. Limited dining on site. Cleanliness of bathroom was poor (mould). No wet weather contingency for breakfast.
Liked: We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and we really appreciated the hospitality and care provided by the team. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Liked: The location, peace and quiet and the views. The staff are fantastic and a lovely team.
Disliked: We have stayed here 4 times since 2017 and we love it here. However we do think the rooms are currently feeling a little tired and more difficult to get the cleanliness it deserves.
We stayed in one of the caldera view rooms which was stunning. We had a great time. Location is very difficult though
Liked: Beautiful views and room! Staff Alexandros and Alexandra were so helpful!
Disliked: The only thing is that it is not very accessible because it is about a mile away from the center of Imerovigli. The listing said transport to hotel was provided but it was an added cost that was very expensive.
Liked: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία - κοντά σε Οία και Φηρά - και φοβερή θέα απο όλα τα σημεία του ξενοδοχείου. Πολυ φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια. Είχαμε μια φανταστική διαμονή!
