Fabulous boutique hotel
Liked: This is a lovely friendly family run gem in a great location just 4 mins walk to nice Achladies beach with a few taverna restaurants and bars. Everything spotlessly clean and well maintained. Beautiful garden surroundings and quiet pool that's like having your own private one. Rose Garden bar and restaurant nextdoor has great food too. Close to bus stop but we mostly used the water boat service from the beach. Recommend also hiring quad or little car as great way to explore whole island.
Disliked: Shower was a bit small
Liked: This hotel was such a lucky find! Myself and my fiancee had a very peaceful stay here. Super clean and friendly (we think family?) who own it. Any local we mentioned where we were staying to, knew it and were impressed we were staying there so it must have a good rep! Great for transport, both bus and water taxi. Car taxi only a tenner from skiathos town if you miss the last bus back. Easy walk down to achladies beach (has no issues finding sunbeds, only €15 for 2 all day), three restaurants/bars to eat and drink at and the water is beautiful! We recommend taking snorkels as there were lots of fish! Overall, an amazing hotel and location!
Liked: Property was spotless, AC functioning 100% - 2 mn walk to beach, restaurant, bus stop and supermarket, staff very nice Bathroom was very small, hard to shower. Bus taking you to town was always super packed, sometimes had to wait for the next bus
A perfect base for a wonderful stay on skiathos
Liked: The hotel was a great base for our holiday. Ideally situated for travel by bus into town and also for Achiladies beach which is a short walk and beautiful. The rooms are a great size, with good facilities including effective air conditioning and a well supplied kitchenette. The hotel and rooms were immaculate and cleaned regulalry. The staff were on hand when needed and very friendly. The pool was great for a late afternoon dip and rarely more than us in the pool.
Disliked: Honestly it was great for what we needed. It was lovely and quiet but some may miss a bar or refreshment service at the hotel.

Liked: Perfect located and a family run hotel very helpful the bed is very comfortable and the studios are good size. beautiful gardens. And pool nice restaurants nearly right near bus stop 10 and beach is just a short walk away.
