Liked: The villa offers lovely views and the beds are very comfortable. However, the property is looking quite tired and would benefit from a thorough refresh, as it doesn’t match the standard shown in the photos on Booking.com. We stayed for a week, and the Wi-Fi either didn’t work at all or was far too slow to be usable. We raised the issue with Dimitris, who acknowledged that he was aware of the problem, but unfortunately nothing was done to resolve it during our stay, which was disappointing. Also, something worth noting for future guests, as we overlooked it ourselves: the property does not have a washing machine or a dishwasher.
Panoramic views and love island, set in perfect location
Liked: The spectacular views and beautiful pool area are the wow factor for this villa. Boutique feel and nicely furnished. Perfect location to town and beaches (hire car a must). Great aircon in all areas. Showers ok in both bathrooms. Pool towels and bathroom toiletries provided. Very private not overlooked.
Disliked: Steps to raised area around pool steep and difficult to get up. Taps in kitchen and one of bathrooms, water not more than a trickle and not hot. Other bathroom ok and both showers ok. Basic kitchen, panoramic bedroom has insufficient wardrobe space. Sunbeds hard to get off (bean bags) and a little old. No uk channels on TV and WIFI is poor only available in living room (does not reach Pool area). No full length mirrors for the ladies.

Liked: We had the most amazing stay at this villa. The view was absolutely breathtaking and even better than the photos. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Skiathos. A special thank you to Dimitri, our wonderful host, who truly went the extra mile. He gave us the best local tips for beaches, restaurants, and hidden gems that made our trip even more memorable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. The best spot on the island with the best host. We will definitely be back. 💙
