Exceptional
Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and breakfast gave plenty of choice.
Disliked: The number of steps up to the accommodation. The fact the hotel was out of town, which we were aware of but it wasn't made clear that the walk into town was quite so far and that there were view pavements so the walk involved a dangerous walk along the road.

Liked: The view, the pool, the size of the room, the bed was comfortable, and the selection of pillows. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: The location and the uphill walk to get into and out of the hotel. The beach was not that accessible from this hotel. Also, the air-conditioning unit was dripping water onto the floor, and made it very slippery walking into the room.
Peaceful, Authentic Hotel with Stunning Sea Views
Liked: What I liked most was the overall experience, not just the property itself. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They answered all my questions, guided me whenever I needed help and always pointed me in the right direction. They helped me get a car booked which was super convenient as it was brought to me and also provided me with a discount card for one of the restaurants owned by the hotel chain - the one we went to was 10 min walk and really nice food and location. The pool area was a perfect place to relax and good for hanging out some evenings. Even though the hotel was always full, it never felt busy or overcrowded, and the pool area worked really well as a peaceful space to unwind. There are excellent sea views throughout the hotel and from all the rooms. The property feels personal and unpretentious, while the goats and olive trees at the entrance from the main road give it an authentic countryside feel. The town and port are easily reached by walking along the beach, although the road is more difficult to walk along because it has very narrow pavements. This is a limitation of the road rather than the hotel.
Disliked: The hotel does not have a proper restaurant, so I would not particularly recommend lunch or dinner there. The room we had felt slightly outdated however It was perfectly functional. The hotel could also improve by providing its own sunbeds on the beach opposite or offering guests a discount on the beach beds at the nearby hotel in the same chain.
