Exceptional
Great for a couple of days if you don’t want to stay in Skiathos town, and fab bus route
Liked: We liked the location as it was quiet. It was near bus stop 10 which is convenient. The bed was fairly comfortable but I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a week. We loved the goats and their ringing bells, we loved the fig tree just outside the door. The beach in Achladies was really nice, we tried others in Skiathos but this was far better, and only a short walk.
Disliked: We felt the room was dark and dated. The bathroom was so small that you felt very squashed when sitting on the toilet, my husband is broad shoulders and he felt very claustrophobic with his shoulders touching the shower door! The kitchenette was basic. You wouldn’t want to prepare more than a snack or breakfast. The fridge was so cold it froze everything. There were only two glasses and two glass coffee cups. This is fine for two people but the coffee were very small, and one smashed when I filled it from the kettle, which could have been dangerous. I think two larger mugs would be a better option.
Lovely holiday place
Liked: Really clean and comfortable. Brand new bathroom.
A nice little villa which could use some love from its hosts
Liked: Very nice location in the middle of the island, about equal distance away from the town and from the more remote beaches. The big terrace was great for having breakfast or a drink before dinner.
Disliked: The facilities and kitchen equipment are basic at most, and the bedrooms are tiny. There is a single old air conditioning body in the hallways which is inefficient to start with and is useless when the bedroom doors are closed, so one must sleep with all windows open, which can get loud. The bathroom drain was almost fully blocked.

Liked: Everything was perfect, very clean, very good services close the beach. Quiet comfortable place.

A perfect stay
Liked: We had a wonderful week in Villa Filira. Studios located in a quiet garden, surrounded by orange trees which gave us fresh juice every morning when having breakfast on the balcony. Very nice and polite check in, giving us all the necessary information about Skiathos. Location was perfect with a 5 minutes walk to the beach, bakery and supermarket. Last but not least; comfortable beds and nice staff. We will be back!
