Exceptional
Great stay at Thalassa, right on the beach!
Liked: Great variety of food for breakfast and perfect for our little ones too. Service is friendly and great, too!
Super friendly staff
Liked: Great location and super friendly staff
Disliked: End of season (last day) and to be expected we’re out of loads of things. Also water went off
Three * punching above it's weight
Liked: Your staff excelled. Thank them from me....
Disliked: When was the last time the mattress was turned in my room? Its a simple thing and it will preserve the life of your mattress and stop responses such as this. I have a hospitality management background and know they should be turned ever 28 - 30 days.
Lovely stay and fabulous staff
Liked: Great location, right on the beach. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the dinner was delicious. Eleni and Kathleen were absolutely lovely and genuinely couldn’t have been more welcoming and caring towards their guests.
Near the beach, lovely room
Liked: The bedroom was lovely and smelt of lemons:) the breakfast was great! The pool was nice.
Disliked: The music at the pool is crackers loud - everyone was reading books and perhaps didn’t appreciate Katy Perry blasting out 🤣 likewise the beach front DJ could update his playlist a bit. It’s a lovely clean nice hotel. Right on the beach front
Lovely relaxing days on the beach with subbed service
Liked: Position, right on the beach excellent atmosphere especially in the evening
Disliked: The shower room was very small and a little dated also the floor drain flooded the room when you were showering It’s a nice balcony overlooking the pool but can be very noisy due to the proximity of the main road
