Liked: Location, Cleaness
Disliked: Shower needs a modernization.

Liked: The house was very clean when we arrived despite us arriving very early. The lady that owns this property is very kind and accommodating. The house is very spacious and is perfect for 4 people and it's also in a really convenient location, where it is near many nice clubs and restaurants. Additionally, the price is very good for a home like this. I would highly recommend booking your stay here.
Liked: Spacious, 2 bedrooms, owner friendly and left lovely welcome pack of treats. I liked the outside bench and chairs to sit out.
Disliked: Location not so good. Old port nice for a walk and potter, but nothing really open as it was quite early in the season. Had to walk quite a way to restaurants. In the season, there will be open restaurants.
I loved it so much, I would move there!
Liked: The property has everything you need and is walking distance to all the places: grocery store, restaurants, beaches, coffee shop, bar, bakery, nail salon and spa, great views. The host, Loula, is the most amazing person, very helpful, attentive, considerate, SUPER, SUPER HOST!
Disliked: The lemons were not all ripe 😜
Happy stay in Spetses
Liked: We were welcomed and given lots of friendly and useful advice about where to visit and what to do. This is extra helpful as there isn't a tourist office in Spetses. The patio is nice to hang out and read. There is a good supermarket nearby and nice restaurants. We enjoyed Agia Marina beach on several days, its a short walk away.
Disliked: There is a nightclub nearby which can get quite loud. We were OK, we had earplugs and sleep well but one night was louder than the others and was a little intrusive. However this nightclub does also do excellent cocktails so maybe if you can't beat them, join them;-)
