Exceptional
Liked: Perfect location very close walk to dapia. Spacious with balcony and veranda to enjoy an afternoon drink. Generally very quiet bearing in mind its central location.
Disliked: Cleaning needs to be improved. Also there is a problem with cockroaches but to be fair to the host it is not necessarily due to bad cleaning but more to the location of the house in a central area where unfortunately the problem is also visible to other properties in the island. The host has also done a proper deworming with a certificate. Having said that however the house can loose some of the old furniture and objects that burden the situation.
Gorgeous family stay in this lovely Villa
Liked: This is a beautiful villa in Spetses. A short walk up a small hill and you arrive to this lovely home, garden and outdoor terraces perfect for morning brunches and afternoon happy hours. Could easily have two families together with upstairs and downstairs having their own bathrooms, kitchenette bedrooms and living areas.
Disliked: It is a 100year old villa so don’t expect a ‘modern’ but this is what makes it so beautiful. We loved its lovely charm and the beautiful pieces in the villa💕

Excellent local old traditional villa!
Liked: Excellent location (2min walk from Dapia port), old but beautiful house, providing feeling of local traditional houses. The house was fully equipped. The Owner was very friendly (on the phone) and the Host was friendly and helpful, giving any information we requested (food, beaches, drinks, transportation, etc). All rooms equipped with AC, however the house was cool even with 38 C outside. There is a mini market, grocery and bakery within 4-5 min walk. Balcony provides some sea view and is recommended for afternoon/evening relaxed dinner/drinks. The house can easily accommodate 8 people (there are 4 bedrooms
Disliked: There is nothing we didn't like. However we would not recommend this house/location to people that are not close/do not enjoy nature and local traditional architecture.
