Exceptional
Nice apartment, fantastic restaurant opposite
Liked: Easy to follow instructions
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Very clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. We highly appreciated to have a flexible checkin time. We also liked the washing machine (good smelling detergent) and the Italian shower 🚿
Disliked: The location was not bad but not as close to the center as we had initially in mind. To get to the apartment from the port it takes 15-20 min. Which can be a lot when carrying the language in the heat.
Too expensive for what it is. We were expecting at least to be clean but it was not
Disliked: not clean at all. The apartment most likely was clean several days before our arrival. Both verandas were very dirty and when we tried the shower the drain was blocked and we had to unblock it our serves.
Great house in Spetses
Liked: Great. Basically a whole house. Pretty much everything we needed. Kitchen was good. 3tvs. Outdoor areas at front and back. Great communication with host. Very comfortable stay.
Disliked: Nothing
Superb
Liked: Very professional communication from the owner. The apartment is very well located, ideal both for families but also for solo traveler or couples. 50 metres from the closest beach. 200 meters from Kaki beach, walking distance from Dapia centre. 50 meters from the best restaurant of fish in Spetses.
A perfect place to spend a couple of tranquil days on Spetses
Liked: The location, the cleanliness, the two terraces, one was always in the sun while the other was in the shade and than the end of the day it changed, the simple and clean decor, the kitchen, the availability of bikes, the extreme swiftness of communication with the owner.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like:)
