  Disliked: Είχε δύο μεγάλες εσωτερικές σκάλες χωρίς καν λαβή στήριξης για την πρόσβαση στα υπνοδωμάτια με αποτέλεσμα να έχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα προσβασιμότητας για άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες χωρίς αυτό να είναι ξεκάθαρο στην αγγελία. Η ηλικιωμένη μητέρα μου δυσκολεύτηκε πολύ κατά τον χρόνο διαμονής της χωρίς να αναμένει ότι θα αντιμετώπιζε τέτοια δυσκολία.

  Not a pleasant stay, please read before staying here

  Liked: Spacious and good location

  Disliked: I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially for small family businesses, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so others know what to expect. Unfortunately, this Airbnb was not worth the money. The place was very dirty when we arrived. The cutlery and bowls hadn’t been washed properly, the floors were sticky and dirty, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. Every time we turned on the shower or tap, the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage. The water also tasted salty and had an unpleasant smell — it was so bad we couldn’t even brush our teeth with it and had to buy bottled water instead. Clearly, there are plumbing issues that need to be addressed. On top of that, we were charged for a door handle that came off while simply closing the door. Initially, the charge was €20 which we were fine with, but then it was suddenly raised to €25. The father even came by one evening during our stay to fix it, which should really have been handled after we checked out, not during our time there. Everything in the apartment feels poorly built or cheaply installed — plugs were loose and wobbly, and I was nervous to even use them because I didn’t want to risk breaking something and being charged again. We are always very careful and respectful with other people’s property, and I find it absurd to think I could “rip off” a steel handle unless it was already in poor condition. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, plumbing, and general maintenance of the property. As it stands, I cannot recommend this place, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same disappointing experience we did.

  Perfect place to stay in Zante town

  Liked: Perfect place to stay, modern house - one of the few in that area. Very clean end extremly helpful host (Diana). Easy to get everywhere. The whole apartment was cleaned up every three days. All perfect for us.
