Exceptional
Excellent owner, great pool area, convenient location
Liked: Great property layout, pool area and the owner / staff were exceptional.
Disliked: Overall very nice, room furniture was a little sparse.
Liked: Friendly, clean. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend
Pleasant stay with warm hosts
Liked: Very clean hotel, helpful reception, nice breakfast, they even prepared early morning breakfast for our day trip, we had a great time!!!I recommend it 100%
We really enjoyed our two night at Alex Studios. Great little place with the most gorgeous staff
Liked: Great place near the beach and local shops.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It made me rethink what to look for when finding a hotel. For someone that really doesn't need much in the room.. just a shower, a bed, and a toilet among a couple basic appliances the place was great. Yet among frequent towel changes, toilet paper refills, and bin bag replacements the thing that outshined everything else was the sense of family and togetherness. The genuine "hello" and smile when greeted in the morning made all the difference in our stay here in Zakynthos Laganas. All of the staff members were nice, including the cleaners. The staff helped us with any queries we had and stayed curious about us throughout our stay. They were also very forthcoming about what we can and can't do when we stretched a little outside our limits...like when we decided we would eat our food outside beside everyone in the cafeteria area... Note taken, they too need to make money.
Poor cleanliness, helpful staff
Liked: It's near to the beach and supermarket. The staff were responsive to our requests: They fixed the toilet and adjusted the AC to turn on automatically when the door was closed. They also arranged a taxi for us. Towels were changed every day upon request.
Disliked: The room and bathroom were not properly sanitized. The AC was very old and barely cooled the room. Very poor breakfast: basic sandwich/plain omelet and terrible coffee. The room was never cleaned during our 6-day stay, and the bed linen was never changed. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Noisy neighbors, with no intervention from the staff to ensure basic quiet hours.
