  Wonderful host and great amenities

  Liked: We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly nice and available 24/7 to help us. He welcomed us with drinks and snacks, and gave us excellent tips on places to visit in Zakynthos. The room was fully equipped with towels, shampoo, slippers, and even bathrobes (which was a lovely, rare touch!). If you want to cook, the kitchen has absolutely everything you need, including essentials like salt, pepper, and olive oil. There is also a washing machine complete with detergent tablets, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly for the hot days. We also loved the balcony—it was the perfect spot for breakfast and evening drinks (though it gets a bit too sunny to sit there during the middle of the day). Additionally, the location is great—it is just a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the center of Tsilivi town, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. It was also a huge plus that there was a designated parking spot specifically for our room.

  Disliked: The kitchen utensils and glasses could have been cleaned a bit more. Additionally, the clothes drying rack on the balcony has some rusty bars that unfortunately stained a few of our washed clothes, especially the light-colored ones, so it definitely needs replacing. One downside of the property is that it is located right on the main street. Because the window faces the road, it can get quite noisy, especially at night, with cars, quads, and scooters passing by. Lastly, while it wasn't an issue for us, it is worth pointing out that the short walk to the center of Tsilivi involves passing through a deserted area, which is something to keep in mind, especially for solo female travelers walking at night.

  Liked: Close to the beach and to the town. A lovely balcony and it’s fully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. Everything you need really. Zante isn’t far away (we walked in forty minutes) and there are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away.

  Disliked: Nothing. No complaints whatsoever.

  Liked: Perfect apartment, clean and comfortable, with an excellent location, close to the beach, shops, gas station. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxation, with a yard for parking a car. There is a wide balcony, with a table and chairs, convenient for coffee, meals. The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. The host Anthony is extremely responsive, attentive and helpful - he advised us on everything we were interested in. There were special gifts for us. We recommend and will come back again.

  Liked: The structure is very nice and well placed, at only 15 minutes from zante town. There is a private parking area inside the property, which makes you feel more comfortable. The house has a very good supply of kitchen tools, there is a washing machine and everything you will need along your stay. Also a first aid kit. Anthony, the owner, is very reliable. You can contact him whenever you need. When we arrived at the property he welcomed us with some gifts such as home’s sweets, something to drink and some useful things for body-care. Once a week Anthony will proceed with the home cleaning and the change of towels. He would also provide you extra toilet paper and dish soap. Overall we fully recommend you this place, we really enjoyed the stay.
