  Liked: Amazing time at Caretta Paradise. Great food, great location, amazing staff, hote isl very clean, whole hotel has been recently renovated and every part looks brand new. We also had a private swimming pool. Will definitely come back.

  Ok for the money we paid but would pay more money to save someone better

  Liked: The slides for the children & views. The private pool in our room

  Disliked: The food wasn’t great, we felt everything you had to pay a deposit for, even the towels at the pool and an iron to have for only 1 hour which was inconvenient when you live on the other side of the resort. The rooms lacked storage space to unpack which meant we had to live out of suitcases and not having air con in both rooms was another issue.

  Will come back again

  Liked: Amazing kind hard working staff. John tje safe guarding is so kind. Slides are big hit three group of sludes for different ages. Snacks next to slides good gyros fries and hot dog sandwiches.

  Awful, avoid this

  Liked: Actually nothing.

  Disliked: The cleanliness and the condition of the rooms were terrible. After just two days, we had to ask our neighbors for toilet paper because our room wasn’t restocked. The hotel requires a deposit for the towels, and strangely, our towels disappeared while we were having lunch. The quality of the food was awful. Every single day it was the same poor selection of low-quality, genuinely bad food. The soft drinks were practically undrinkable. I had to buy my own drinks from a local shop, which is quite unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel. We’ve stayed at another hotel in the same chain before, and it was excellent. Unfortunately, this one is the complete opposite. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
