Fabulous
Liked: I can only say positive things about my stay at this hotel. The hotel offered free transfers to and from the airport with Kostas, a very friendly and punctual member of staff. All the hotel staff were extremely kind and welcoming, especially Adonis, who worked at the bar, and Samuel, who worked as a waiter. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it a great base for exploring the island. The sun loungers right by the beach were very comfortable, the food was of excellent quality, and the room was cleaned daily. I will remember my stay at this hotel very fondly, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future!
Not what I expected
Liked: The hotel looks great.
Disliked: Too touristy and money orientated. The quality of food and drinks is very low. After booking I saw it was all inclusive but even the paid options weren't good. Its a shame for such a lovely design and building. The mattresses were so bad we couldn't wait to go on the sunbeds to relax.
Would not recommend just because of food and drinks!!!
Liked: We had family room and it was spacious, 1 min walk to the beach, overall good location
Disliked: The food, the food was not good at all, every day same food except few little changes, same thing for 7 days. We payed for all inclusive and 5 days out of 7 had dinner and lunch in town as kids refused to eat same food after 2 days. Drinks were poor as-well, tasteless beer and cheap cocktails from concentrate…. Would not recommend if you are not ready to eat same food for few days straight, or sped few more hundreds on top of what you already payed…

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and the resort was lovely lots of Sun beds and not the cheap style very stylish with the wood effect all round.
Disliked: Our safe key didn’t work and we reported it twice.
Excellent family vacation in the perfect place
Liked: The hotel is exactly like in the photos, and the comfort of the room/beds surprised us. The decor is definitely a highlight; the spaces created are cozy and inviting. The all-inclusive meals were tasty with a variety of options. The staff was incredible with us—when we arrived, our transfer was already waiting for us (Kosta is a great driver). In the communal area, the service was exceptional, with special mentions to Precious, Samuel, and Tasha, who served us with professionalism and kindness, always with a smile on their faces. The location is great, right in front of the beach access with the hotel's own sunbeds. In the surroundings, there are several incredible themed beach clubs for both day and night, and not far away on the main avenue, there are many bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and stands for boat tours. Great experience, we definitely recommend it.
Disliked: I would advise the hotel to add a few vending machines so that outside of kitchen opening hours, guests could buy something without having to travel elsewhere. The drinks aren't the best, but that's understandable given the value for money.
