Exceptional
The best in Zakynthos
Liked: Swan Apartments is an absolute gem. The unit itself is incredibly clean, high-end, featuring brand-new appliances and decor/touches that reflect the owners' attention to detail. Set amongst peaceful olive and lemon trees (with chickens sometimes roaming around) and stunning ocean views, the setting is peaceful and idyllic. There is a quiet, family-friendly beach just a short walk away and shops are conveniently nearby. Above all, the hospitality from George and his family was unmatched. Their kindness and generosity made this one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We had a welcome hamper in our apartment and many thoughtful and considerate gifts / favours throughout, all making our trip run smoothly.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this apartment and Zakynthos in general
Liked: This was an absolutely amazing experience and 100% worth recommending. We have never encountered such a warm welcome, genuine hospitality, and such a thoughtfully equipped place. Everything we could possibly need was there and even more. Spotless cleanliness, with bed linen and towels changed regularly. Upon our request, we were also provided with beach towels and umbrellas. The view from the windows was simply breathtaking. It's a newly renovated beautiful and stylish house. A nice beach is just a 5-minute walk away. We explored the island by car, and within 15 minutes on foot you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. Many thanks to George and his family for their outstanding care and kindness towards their guests.
Disliked: nothing, everything was genuinely perfect
Exceptional apartment, location and the best hosts
Liked: We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Swan Apartments from before we even arrived to our departure with George even reaching out with great information to improve our stay in Zakynthos. Firstly the accommodation. Modern and stylish having been recently renovated, super clean and very very comfortable (beds just perfect). Absolutely loved the balcony and the amazing view for morning coffee (machine and some pods provided), to perfect spot to wind down after a day out. As well as the windows overlooking the lovely maintained gardens and olive trees. A short walk and down steps is a small beach with shallow crystal clear waters, some loungers for hire and a great small beach bar that had good selection of food and friendly staff. Great child friendly beach. George and his family made us feel so welcome (it felt like home away from home), with their lovely basket of goodies to start us off, gifts of sweet treats and parting gifts including hand made items we will treasure. The most attentive and kind hosts we have met in all our travels. Thank you George and your family we truly loved our stay and meeting you all.
Disliked: People often say having to leave but I mean this. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the apartment and local amenities.
Liked: George was exceptionally attentive, making our stay truly memorable. The residence is stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, offering everything you need for a perfect holiday in Zakynthos. With its central location on the island, it is the ideal base to explore all that Zakynthos has to offer. Highly recommended

Liked: Amazing host, Super clean & tidy, private, quiet, lovely view, modern
An absolutely fantastic place. We will definitely be back for a longer stay here:)
Liked: Everything about this stay was wonderful. Our host George was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t fault him on anything. The place was very clean and provided with all the amenities and essentials we needed. The information given to us prior to our stay was perfect and the host kept in contact with us throughout our stay to help us with any queries. The location was a good level of quiet away from the main centre but super easy to get into town.
Disliked: None!
