  Liked: The hotel room was clean. It is clear that the staff does their job well.It’s good that there was a pool on the premises and the beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: There weren't enough sets of cutlery; there were four of us, but only enough cutlery for three. The room was very dark—one part didn't even have a window; in fact, there was only a window in the bedroom. Many things could use an update.

  Brilliant value for money and I always look forward to coming back each year

  Liked: Central location, friendly staff, nice big pool with nice bar and restaurant. Staying here you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend Vanessa Hotel.

  Disliked: Rooms could be cleaned and changed more frequently than currently.

  Liked: The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location. The staff was all very friendly and helpful we asked to change room from the top floor to lower and it was no trouble.

  Excellent service, feels safe with a member of staff in reception at all times to deal with issues

  Liked: Centrally located making it easy to reach all restaurants bars and shops on the strip, but also close enough to walk to the old road and the beach. The pool is a nice pool with graduated entrance which is useful for children or those with minor mobility issues. The rooms are excellent, spacious with plenty of utensils etc, safe and air con and the shower is big by most greek standards.

  Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was having a room at the back facing the car park, not in itself an issue but it was too hot to use in the afternoon/evening which is when I would be most likely to use it.
