  Room's are not soundproof

Liked: We love about how easy to go to anywhere we like.

Disliked: I think just the hotel is not sound proof as much, we can still here everybody's business outside our room. Maybe just need little updating especially the rooms and other facilities.

Liked: The buffet was the best we could get. Every day there were something different and as was end of the season it was quiet enough.

Disliked: The mattress need to be changed, we could feel all the springs.

  Food was terrible!! 😭😔

  Liked: Conveniant location staff friendly

Disliked: Food was terrible. I had stomach ache the first night. There wasn't many food options for kids. I had complained to staff about this. Some of the food options was disgusting. It's rather expensive for the all inclusive for what it is. Some things was dirty like the plates as well. The biggest issue was that the kids pool closes at 6pm.. and doesn't open till 10am. This is highly inconvenient as an so called all inclusive. Lots of flies around food area and plates were dirty. It's very loud on the nighttime with music and shouting from other families. It's just not great.
