    Enjoyable

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Net curtains in bedroom were not hanging properly and bathroom door didn’t close!

Disliked: Door closing in bathroom and curtain hanging properly in bedroom.

Decently average accommodation and excellent staff but pricey for what it is

Liked: This is a well located hotel with excellent, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and reasonably equipped with decent bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hanging space and spots to store your luggage.

Disliked: Some of the rooms face the market square and can br very noisy at night. There is no lift. No hot food for breakfast, though the cold selections are very wide-ranging. The whole place looks and feels a bit past its best. The main gripe though is cost. This is not a cheap place to stay, yet doesn't offer a premium experience in any way. The various (minor) shortcomings would be forgiveable if it was cheaper.

Great location, best continental breakfast ever and really warm, welcoming staff:-)

Liked: Staff were exceptional - really warm welcome, and good advice on local hostelries. The lady from Honk Kong looking after us at breakfast was so kind, she really looked after us and made us feel right at home. Apologies, I did not get her name or a chance to thank her in person - she was amazing.

Disliked: Nothing - everything was fantastic!
