  Liked: view of ocean on mountainside especially while eating a delicious breakfast and a very kind host.

  Homely stay

  Liked: Lovely host, amazing bed and views from our sea front room. Excellent shower with the loveliest smelling hand-wash. Lovely sausages and bacon. Locally sourced and handmade items at breakfast were a lovely touch. AMAZing duvet!

  Disliked: Would have loved more choice at breakfast (I.e what cooked items we wanted and some white bread) and two bottles of water in the room rather than one. Would have liked some English breakfast tea too. No telly.

  Very charming Lodge with an exceptional view

  Liked: Amazing! Lovely enthusiastic hostess who gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. Our room with sea view was exceptional - large and super comfy with everything needed. Close to Clifdon Castle, which is definitely worth a visit and about half hour drive to Kyllmore Abbey and the Connemara National Parc. Warmly recommended for a multiple night stay to be able to see everything in the vicinity: so much to see around!!! We will definitely be back.

  Disliked: nothing except that our visit was way too short!
