Disliked: Been woke up with banging on our door not knocking thumping the door on two occasions, on our first morning at 9.20 do we want room service i thought there was a fire. And at that moment I knew our stay was ruined. Our room was right beside the big air conditioner and heaters so no sleep to top it off,

Liked: This hotel is centrally located in The Diamond in Donegal. It was a short walk to the castle, abbey and river walk.
Disliked: The property was fine. It was strange that the description of the rooms on Booking led us to believe we needed two rooms for three people when we could have fit in one.
Grand old lady wanting a wee bit of sprucing up
Liked: Location! Sense of a grand old hotel. Convenient parking.
Disliked: Didn't like the plastic cups instead of true glasses. TV was ridiculously small. Would have preferred a wardrobe to hangers over suitcase rack. No toilet paper roller. No tissues.
