Liked: Location
Disliked: Issue with car park cost due to 2 car parks with identical names
Liked: Location and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Possibly the fact of no mirror/ area for doing hair/ dryer use etc in the main bedroom.
Liked: It is a lovely hotel we had a wonderful staff member take care of us I don’t know her name but she has long red hair. Couldn’t do enough for us and so so helpful.
Pleasant and relaxing
Liked: Out room was too small. However, we booked it two days before arrival and it was the last one available. A bit expensive for the size of room. The hotel is good, the bar area is nice and the food is good. Nice staff and very helpful. A very good hotel.
Disliked: Room was too small. Live music on Saturday night does not work. Brooks dont need this kind of entertainment. Piped music is fine.
