  Great location exceptionally clean

  Liked: Booked at the last moment to attend a concert, arrived late with no phone charger, staff at night and in the morning were so friendly and helpful ensuring I wasn’t left without the use of my phone, location is perfect and I couldn’t fault the room in anyway, we will definitely use again in future and recommend ☺️

  Liked: Good location close to the city centre

  Disliked: Being 62 I could have done without all the stairs 6 1/2 flights to room 305 however the room was cosy and quiet but shower wasn't great.. no lifts but would stay there again if I was on a lower floor
