  AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Liked: Lovely apartment in a good location

Disliked: The hosts were very rude and slow to help when we were locked out of the apartment at midnight, pretty much saying what do you expect us to do about it BECAUSE it's midnight! 2 woman in a dark street alone on a Saturday night after being out at a concert all day was not acceptable! It took nearly an hour to get it sorted. Someone had deadbolted the lock on the inside which is why the code didn't work. When there is a problem with any service that you may have it is how it's handled that is important. These hosts clearly felt there was no rush to help us, kept cutting the phone off when we were trying to ring and scared about being locked out with hardly any phone battery left. Such a shame as the apartment is lovely but stay here at your own risk because they won't help you with any urgency!

  Very good

Liked: Old building with beatifull hall. Large 2 rooms with a bathroom. A shared kitchen next to the room. Walking distance to the center. A nice pub on a corner of the street. The room is located on the last floor, no elevator. It was no issue for us but may be for those who carry heavy luggage.

  Henrietta St Apartment

  Liked: Beautiful location

Disliked: Lots of stairs as it was on the top floor of an old building. There wasn't a TV and there was a shared kitchen.
