  Loved it

Liked: I like the room, very comfortable for my family. The welcome to the room was nice with chocolate on the bed and name on the TV screen

Disliked: Check in was too late for 4pm, would have loved 2 or 3pm check in

  Very relaxing

Liked: Staff were friendly and efficient Room (upgraded) was extremely well presented and very comfortable. From a business perspective (we were leisure travelling) it was very well set out for working and had good provision of sockets for electronic devices. Breakfast in the club lounge was fresh and well presented. Room service was very good Dinner was tasty Good shuttle service to airport

  Disliked: Nothing springs to mind
