Fantastic location and wonderful staff - home from home

Liked: Location and cleanliness. The staff were all really lovely and helpful.

Disliked: Couldn’t check in until 3pm, very inconvenient for transatlantic travellers whose flights all arrive in the morning, mine arrived at 7.55am.
