Liked: Location. Access to public transport. Lidl and aldi very close.

Disliked: Not clean.. dirty covers(stains and hairs), missing covers for couch, dirty towels (hairs).. basement converted to flat, full of personal stuff, trash/boxes and random stuff in drawers. Damp with just one window that is being held open with a stick.

Considering the prices in Dublin it can be a good choice but don’t expect too much

Liked: The location was perfect, in a quieter area but within walking distance to all kinds of shops and services. It wasn’t very far to walk to the city centre as well, there was easy and frequent public transport to anywhere in the city and also the dublin express bus to/from the airport stopped just a few hundred meters from the apartment. Host was friendly.

Disliked: Cleaning could be improved, there were quite a few things broken or in need of maintenance. As mentioned in previous reviews, there was not a proper table (just a kitchen counter) and only one chair and an armchair so not ideal for having a meal together. The place is below ground level with poor ventilation so we could sense the humidity and the smell every time we came in.

If you like coziness and cats. Stay here

Liked: Cozy, with everything one can need. Host was amazing and answered all the questions. And finally the cats! They were amazing!

Disliked: Parking situation but that's out of control. Just be mindful that it will be difficult to park nearby.
