  Stay away

  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: There was dampness in our room 329, it made everyone feel unwell the following day. Everyone had developed sore throats. The ceiling also had stains as if there was a leak. We cut our two day trip short by one day because some of us feeling unwell from the condition of the room. We asked for a refund but was refused. They did accept the fact there was dampness and offered another room but it was too late at that stage, we felt ill. They paid for a taxi back to the train station which is surely a sign of guilt but still refused a refund. Ruined our whole trip away. Never again. If booking then stay away from room 329 and have a good inspection of any other room and take photos of any issues which unfortunately I didn’t do at the time.

  Overall, a lovely experience and I would highly recommend this hotel

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. the reception team were very polite, kind and welcoming. The location was very convenient with bus stops nearby

  Great hotel!

  Liked: It was close to the city centre, had amazing staff, great customer service, and great seating areas. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. I am so grateful that I chose this hotel because it couldn't have been any better. The price is well worth it.

  Disliked: I didn't like having to leave! It was amazing I wish I could've stayed longer!

  Great location, walking distance to main tourist spots and an area of Dublin I’ve not explored before

There is no on-site parking at the hotel, we recommend QPARK on Parnell Street, Loftus Lane, just 5-7 minute’s walk away.
