Great place in the centre. Super friendly staff
Great location to connolly train station and the spire
Liked: The location was brilliant and it’s nice that they give you a voucher for a cocktail on arrival.
Fine but disappointing at the time

Disliked: I had asked for 1 single bed and 1 larger bed. Called from USA to confirm and sent several emails 1 month before arriving.
Liked: The bar and dining area are very nicely decorated. The windows in the hotelroom keep out the noise outside. Breakfast had good choices.
Disliked: Pillows hard. Room small. Paper cups instead of mugs. Tv stations glitching a lot. Bar food and drink overpriced and underwhelming. Staff weren't in a rush to clear tables.

Disliked: Wanted a passport to check in who brings a passport with them from Wexford to Dublin breakfast was poor and poorly laid out
Liked: The helpfulness of the staff. The comfort environment and the location.
Disliked: I would like the damage refund to be lodged faster into my bank.
