Super location and very comfortable stay

Liked: The location was ideal for us. The apartment was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Disliked: The out of use elevator was disappointing but we had been warned prior to coming. We had lots of help from the porters with our bags.

  Lovely stay

Liked: Lovely clean, warm apartment. The beds were comfortable. We had an apartment at the back and so it was quiet.

An apartment, not a serviced apartment

  Liked: Nice location and apartment

Disliked: While we were aware of the lift works, it seemed that cleaning staff felt this was a reason to leave trolleys in the corridors and laundry bags randomly left in different communal parts. Also, when we left the empty rubbish sign out, the rubbish was only cleared out once.
