Liked: Great service, breakfast, the rooms were very clean and all new. I had to prepare for a presentation and the guest service very kindly printed the papers I needed. Personnel was excellent, in particular Tiago and Leticia, who were very kind and diligent.

  Not for kids

Liked: Beautiful stylish hotel, but not child friendly at all, Google rates it as one of the top family hotels, which its not. Mostly couples vibe

Disliked: Straight across from a building site. Very loud. But clearly not the hotels fault. Lovely breakfast but only cereal for picky kids.

Great spot but it could be so much better

  Liked: Location is great

Disliked: On this occasion, check in was chaotic as the iPads weren’t working and our room wasn’t ready. I also thought originally that the galley idea was sensible but we have stayed a couple of times now and it has become a frustration
