Disliked: Overall we had a great stay at the property. Our only bad experience was our dinner on Saturday evening. We had a reservation in the lounge and no member of staff seemed to be looking after the area. To get any service we had to chase after staff and waited over 20 minutes to order and we seemed like we were an inconvenience for being there.

Liked: Friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice.

Disliked: The sound proofing between the rooms was not as good as it could be, as it was easy to hear people talking in the adjacent room.

Liked: We loved the location, perfect for where we had planned to visit over the 2 days. The surroundings were beautiful we loved having a little walk round and a coffee in the orangery. We were glad to get a charge in the underground carpark for our return journey.

Disliked: The Internet wasn't great, kept dropping out..we were on the ground floor. The heat control in the room was temperamental.. It was uncomfortably warm. Just another thing we would have preferred two single beds for the kids as the beds were small.
