  Great stay would recommend and would stay again

  Liked: Property very clean, friendly staff who were able to book us taxis and answer any questions, well-equipped kitchenette. Nice touch to have milk tea and coffee left. About 10-minute walk to anywhere within the city centre. Beds comfy, even the sofa bed was comfy. No noise from other guests. Would stay again!

  Disliked: Area immediately outside the hotel not great, our view was the train line outside the window but the glazing was good and they didn’t really disturb us. The hotel had a problem with the fire alarm throughout our stay

  Passable, but disappointing at this price point

  Disliked: Toilet paper that isn't 1/2-ply! It really felt cheap and very thin. AC that actually works and cools the bedroom down.
