  Spacious flat in excellent location

Liked: Excellent location. Spacious and clean flat.

Disliked: The check in and key collection process was very complicated. It was difficult especially when we were carrying heavy bags. There is no lift. All the doors are heavy and very loud when shut. The sound travels through walls from the other apartments. I could hear people walking around their flat, moving furniture and watching TV. It disturbed my sleep. There was no purple bin bag mentioned but we found a black bin bag. We couldn't wait for the next day to request a purple one so we used the black one. On the day we checked out, we found that there were holes in the black bin bag and it was leaking so we couldn't took it to the designated trush area.

  Central location

Liked: Great location and enough space for 2 people. Modern fittings.

Disliked: Check in was a bit stressful. The key did not work. We were supposed to download an app to access the room. I may have missed these instructions but after 20 hours of travelling this was stressful. However, the management was quick to respond with clear instructions and was quite helpful. I recommend that travellers check instructions before arrival. Had to ask for a sharp knife that was delivered the next day.

Liked: We 💕 loved the location. Perfect! We loved that if we had a concern we heard back immediately.

Disliked: The stairs!! But we laughed and just counted them up and down and made it fun.
