  Liked: The staff were excellent, smiling and nothing was too much of a bother for them. Im disabled and couldn't climb the stairs. But they pulled out the stops and got me a room downstairs which was great. Food in the bar was absolutely perfect and plenty of it. Thank you for a lovely stay

  Disliked: The only downside was no disables bathroom facilities.otherwise everything perfect.

  Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and the bed was very comfortable

  Disliked: The doors from neighbouring rooms seemed to be all squeaky, we could hear them opening and closing and the floor was also very loud we could hear everyone that walked down the hall, all the way down.

  Great location but could do with an update

  Liked: Great location for an event at the Laya stadium or Aviva stadium. Also only a 15 min walk into the city centre

  Disliked: The bathroom was a let down due to it being very small. Was on the front of the building so was noisy from other guest outside smoking and on the phone talking early in the morning
