  Amazing we love Dublin and was a great couple of days for my partners 40th

  Liked: How central it was, the staff were very welcoming and our room was ready at 10am which was great.

  Disliked: We booked through booking.com and didn’t get the free cocktail on arrival. This was disappointing especially the money you pay to stay at the venue.

  Overall, the hotel was great. Would stay again

  Liked: Great location and staff were wonders.

  Disliked: A little loud at night but we just shut are window and our third day both are key cards wouldn’t work for our room. Got fixed but took a bit.

  hotel with great location

  Liked: The Morgan Hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Dublin and the cleanliness was great. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the room which was a nice addition. Helpful staff

  Disliked: While the room was well maintained, it was very small with limited furniture and a layout that left little usable space. Unfortunately the room was also quite noisy, as the outdated windows provided very little insulation from street noise. The reception staff could be more friendly; I found it unusual that my physical bank card was requested and retained for 1-2 minutes during check-in.

Upon check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to present a credit card, and a pre-authorization will be taken from this card for the full settlement of accommodations and for any additional costs incurred during your stay. A pre-authorization does not charge the card, however it will hold the funds on your card until you check out, when you use this card to settle your invoice.
