Exceptional
Highly recommend this hotel from the really friendly receptionist, lovely staff at breakfast and a few words with the ch
Liked: The location of the property was brilliant but the staff were all so friendly and helpful I would definitely return. Our group included 3 coeliacs, we have never had such a selection at breakfast and everyone was delighted with all the food.
Exceptional staff
Liked: Everything was perfect. Great location, breakfast. Best reception/welcome we have ever got from a hotel. Both ladies at reception are the gem of this hotel. They deserve a pay rise for the absolute amazing customer service they provided. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone based on these two lovely women.
Disliked: Nothing
Castle-like stay
Liked: Perfect location, amazing staff, interesting history. The room was huge and very nice. Breakfast was generous, healthy and tasty.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold even with the heater, it has carpets so rolling the suitcases could be challenging but nothing major
