Very good
Very disappointed with not being in hotel. friendly helpful staff but no hot water for showers
Liked: Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast lovely and staff very friendly.
Disliked: We got a room in bridge house not in hotel and had to put on coats to walk to breakfast as it was very wet. We didn’t know we weren’t staying in hotel. On Monday morning the water wasn’t heating and a part fell off the shower. Hot water sorted after breakfast but too late.
Liked: Location was perfect and the food was enjoyable. Lovely bar area
Disliked: The bathroom is overdue for a revamp. That is a major area when travelling and will unfortunately be something we will remember.
Perfect location
Liked: Location is excellent. On the banks of the Nore and practically under the walls of Kilkenny Castle in all its majestic splendour, at the other side of the river. A five minute walk from the city centre.
Disliked: Not a thing.
