  Disappointed

  Liked: The locatin is ok, the room is new and good equipped

  Disliked: This room (as all the others we saw) has no real window, but only frosted glass so that you can not see outside, that feels like in a prison. We booked three nights and when we saw this, we wanted to renounce the other two, but they did not let us, we had to pay another hotel. If you want to have a real window, do not book here!

  Great and comfy stay in Alghero!

  Liked: Great stay - a very comfy bed with additional pillows if needed. Location is also a plus - you can find parking nearby, there’s a big supermarket and the oldtown isn’t far:)

  Disliked: Just for improvement - the bathroom could have a couple hooks for the towels and the kettle had leftover coffee from previous guests which wasn’t pleasant but also not a big deal. Apart from that it was perfect!:)

  Not worth the price. Not a 4 star hotel, just a spa with some rooms added on out the back

  Liked: Beds were nice, and the room was nice condition.

  Disliked: No staff whatsoever. No one manning reception. Awful wifi. No hooks in room to hang anything. Water in shower takes a long time to heat up. Bad views outside windows.

  Both Porto d’Oro Charming House and Alghero are terrific choices

  Liked: The location was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were gracious, courteous, and extremely helpful. The location is convenient to the waterfront, but also close to shops and restaurants that are more local-related and not too touristy.

  Disliked: My only negative is a little confusion about the location of the main entrance. This caused about a 15 minute delay at check in, so I recommend calling the hotel a few hours prior to check-in to verify the exact location.

  Very clean and comfortable room with high quality interior in a good location

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable room with high quality interior in a good location. It has a small fridge, coffee machine, TV, hairdryer, AC, hangers, and everything you would expect from a hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

  Disliked: The only thing that’s not great is the windows are shaded because on the other side there’s an empty lot with some destroyed car and abandoned building. So the windows are there to get natural light but it feels like a windowless room/apartment.

  All bling but no substance…. I’d look for something more user friendly next time

  Liked: Clean, tidy, comfortable.

  Disliked: Felt under-serviced and cost-constrained. Location was reasonable but not great. Bar fridge was not able to keep things cold. Only one stupidly small rubbish bin in the room. No view. No food prep area (a pet hate of mine).
