  Friendly helpful host

Liked: Our host was very helpful and friendly. Brilliant shower

Disliked: The kettle kept cutting out and so wouldn't boil. Could have used a pan of water on the gas but the one lighter left was empty. In the end had to microwave water for a cup of tea. Top of a steep cobbled hill. Not good for pulling cases on

  Perfect!

Liked: Mariapaola was a wonderful host and her property was just as wonderful. Just like the pictures the apartment was furnished with eclectic and interesting items. It was very well equipped, with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. All in a perfect position for discovering Arezzo. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Great place

Liked: Nice quiet and clean. Did not cook but it was well equipped to do so. Easy touchpad entry. Mariapaolo picked us up at the station but it was easily walkable to the apartment. The apartment had 2 large beds and would be good for 2 couples or a small family..

Disliked: Couch very low to the ground and soft

  A lovely apartment, excellent value!

Liked: A well renovated, spacious apartment in an excellent location. Maria Paola is a kind host who made every effort to assist us. We especially appreciated her help on the last morning. I would definitely stay here again. Very good value considering the modest price.

Disliked: I was not able to regulate the heating to make it a little warmer over night. There are spare blankets provided which helped somewhat.

Beautiful modern apartment, with excellent amenities, close to restaurants and the important sights

Liked: Appartamento Mariapaola is a modern, beautiful apartment on a quiet street. It is tastefully furnished, has all the amenities; the kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need to cook or eat, the furniture is modern. There are TVs in both bedrooms as well as one in the living room. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is roomy. Heating / air conditioning is plentiful. There is a restaurant and a deli - food market at the end of the block, and another restaurant a block over from them. It is within walking distance to the sights like the Duomo the Bishop's Palace / Museum (which is an incredible palace full of frescoes), the Vasari House Museum, Museum of Medieval and Modern Art, etc., as well as the Basilica of San Francesco with the Della Francesca frescoes.

  Disliked: We liked everything.
