A beautifully atmospheric and uncompromisingly stylish yet welcoming experience

Liked: Beautifully restored 15th century building with a sympathetic interior in modern and minimalist style. Wonderfully genuine and attentive management from Marco and Ricardo who went out of their way to help with advice and share their local knowledge. Not forgetting the downstairs bar staff who were very helpful and super friendly. Ricardo warned us on arrival that the beds were extremely comfortable, and he was right.

A top destination in Arezzo. Will

Liked: Hyper cool, excellent remodeling of an old palace, top notch understated design. Phenomenal reuse of the old elements and minimal intrusion of the new. Kind staff, complimentary Italian breakfast. Very quiet, tranquil space.

  Disliked: I liked everything.

  Beautiful Boutique Building with Rooms

Liked: It was a really cool building with modern deco. Marco was nice who let me in the building. Water is given to you in the room.

Disliked: There is no reception area and after hours and in the morning you are on your own. Marco does respond to your text messages but if you want a reception and breakfast, this is not the place for you.
