Exceptional
Liked more than Milan
Liked: Firstly, atmosphere, perfecto, it was quite different stay than in Milan. You get too meet Italian people not the grumpy ones who hate tourist. Secondly, the scenery is quite good, you can see the gardens or mini farm and the dogs are friendly (One if you pet him, he will stay long as you pet him:D). Thirdly, owners are very friendly, if you need help they will guide you. Lastly, cozy room, it was a breeze to live there, you get like minimalistic room but spacious. Ps: you get access to villa nearby wher
Disliked: Maybe a bit better doors, because they are a bit thin and you can hear colidor sounds. For me no problem, but for others can be and at 10 can be quite noisy, but I mean people noisy

They could do much better with breakfast
Liked: The room was newly renovated and importantly had air conditioning during the hot weather.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing. It was 2 pieces of bread, a small pot of coffee, some cereal and yoghurt and if you were early enough, one egg.
Bella Bellagio
Liked: Location is great - away from the over-hype of Bellagio itself. Although getting there if you don't have a car may be a bit more awkward (I arrived by bike), the access to town through I Gardini di Villa Melzi makes for a memorable short-cut. Dorm room is nicely spaced and no problem with the shared facilities. Oh, and the dogs!
Disliked: Not much, breakfast a little hit-or-miss but it's not meant to be a 5 star hotel! As mentioned before, getting to it can be awkward if you don't have a car. The roads are quite narrow and bustling with no proper pavement/sidewalk. There are buses, but it is only a short distance.
Liked: Incredible location in a quieter part of Bellagio. Beautiful grounds and incredibly friendly staff! Would stay here again.
