  Excellent Place to stay. We were very impressed!!!

  Liked: Very clean, host was over the top excellent with service, guidance and helpful. She drove us to the ferry. She provided snacks, coffee, fruit, snacks and maps. The home was quiet and enjoyable. Love it!!!

  Disliked: The bed could be a little softer however it depends on the type of person. Some people like harder beds. I enjoy a bit softer. All good

  Perfect

  Liked: Noris was an exceptional host!! The accommodation was lovely, spotlessly clean and there were so many thoughtful little touches. It’s very well equipped, I don’t think there’s anything she hasn’t thought of. Noris grew up in Bellagio so she knows a lot about the local area, she provided maps leaflets and told us about places which really helped to enrich our stay. The property is set up the hill a short walk from Bellagio. There is lots to do in the area, we took the ferries to explore the other towns, like Varenna and Menaggio which was very easy to do. There is a little supermarket in the next street snd plenty of restaurants and shops in the town. Noris went the extra mile when we had a problem and she very kindly helped us to rectify it, which we can’t thank her enough for. The property looks better in reality than the pictures and the spa bath was amazing!! We’re so grateful for her kindness and guidance which made our trip unforgettable. Lake como is absolutely stunning and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Noris

  Liked: Norris is, without exaggeration, the best host we've ever had through Booking.com. She went well beyond hospitality — she helped me coordinate my engagement to my fiancée, and then later helped organise my birthday. Every message was answered within minutes, always with warmth and practical solutions. When we arrived, she was waiting outside the gate so we wouldn't drive past the entrance — a small touch that set the tone for everything that followed. The apartment itself is genuinely stocked in a way I've never experienced in a rental: fresh fruit, milk, eggs, every condiment you'd need to cook a proper meal. We arrived and felt immediately at home. There are also two grocery stores within a one- and two-minute walk, which made daily life incredibly easy. The accommodation is spacious, beautifully laid out across two levels, with an extremely comfortable bed, strong AC, and two bathrooms — everything works exactly as it should. Parking is generous and easy to manoeuvre, which matters more than people realise in Bellagio. Location-wise, it's perched up on the hill — about 13 minutes' walk down to the nearest swimming spot on the lake, and roughly 20 minutes into the old town and ferry port. It's also a perfect base for exploring the smaller villages around Bellagio. Ten out of ten for value, experience, and host. We will absolutely be back, and I'd recommend Norris's place to anyone visiting Lake Como without hesitation.

  Best host and accommodation!

  Liked: Everything. The apartment was equipped with everything you may need. The bed is comfortable, the apartment has 2 bathrooms, and a supermarket is just within 2 minutes' walking distance. Noris was the best host I have ever met. She exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this accommodation! We have booked before through Booking or Airbnb, but never met such a kind and nice person as Noris.

  Liked: Everything about the apartment was perfect for me. the kitchen is my favourite. and Noris is such a sport and by far the best host i have ever met through out my travelling. if i ever come back again, i will definitely look to stay here again
