Exceptional
Excellent
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the view was absolutely superb. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist us when there was a road closure due to some contruction works, which we truly appreciated. Their kindness and support made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
Disliked: Nothing
We both loved our stay in a great location. Lara was fantastic with intro and local information
Liked: We both loved our stay in a great location. Lara was fantastic with intro and local information. We were very happy with how well the apartment kept cool on such hot days. We were able to close up shutters and windows and then open up later in evening. The fans worked very well at night for a pleasant sleep.
Close to Fairy, Lara, the owner of the apartment, helped us with everything we asked for - restaurants, directions, what
Liked: Beautiful, bright, well-equipped, clean apartment
The best place on Como lake
Liked: Everything was great. Lara (the host of the apartment) is really great and communicative, it was nice to meet her and got useful advices which matched with our travel preferences. When we back here we will definitely choose this lovely place again! Thank you!
The property and owner were perfect. Clean and the photos are accurate. Great recommendations!
Liked: Lara is very communicative and met us at the property to provide keys and useful information for our stay. She was the best host I've experiences - asked about our stay and made specific recommendations based on our preferences. 5+ star!
Amazing - would come back. Thank you!
Liked: Amazing location - very close to the ferry to Bellagio and a wonderful view. It was worth paying extra for a lakeside appartment. Fanstic host - very helpful, informative and responsive.
Disliked: We have a big car and the parking is quite tight, but it was do-able.
