Exceptional
I would recommend this property if you value beautiful view over convenient access to restaurants in the downtown of Bel
Liked: I like the view from the balcony where I had a fantastic panorama view of the lake. I took many good pictures from the balcony.
Disliked: The driveway off the main road to the property is a bit too narrow and it takes quite skill to maneuver my standard SUV over some sections of the driveway.
Liked: The house was fabulous for 10 of us including 2 children. Lots of space and big rooms. Comfortable bedrooms all with private bathrooms. It was better than we imagined. The views of the lake are breathtaking. Plenty of space outside too to eat or enjoy the very private garden and pool. Close by there are paths into the mountains and on the lake small beaches. We easily walked into Bellagio but there is a bus stop just below the villa There are towelling robes provided and the villa has a great kitchen, laundry room and also a small gym. We loved it and it was an amazing place for a family reunion.
Disliked: The driveway up to villa is extremely narrow and steep. We scraped one car and the clutch almost burnt out on the other. We ended up parking both cars in the free public car park in San Giovanni.
Superb stay, superlative property, great communication with host and,management
Liked: We were a group of 8 adults and spent 7 days at the property. Superb location and property. The photos of the property on the website do it very little justice. The property is at 3 levels and so difficult to give an idea of the living space via photos. The property is very large with a large well tended garden and plenty of areas to sit and relax without infringement to privacy. The views of the lake and of Bellagio are superb from multiple areas of the property and many balconies that benefit the property. A 20-30 minutes walk down to Bellagio although a walk back involves walking uphill which was not an issue at all in our group. There is also a possibility of taking the 'Bellagio train' (5 Euros per person for multiple trips) from and to St Giovanni. There are 2 kitchens and plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans if one wishes to use them. Fans provided if required although we had excellent weather and did not need them. We did not require to use the AC provided in the 2 rooms at the top floor. Most of the family had taken a taxi (People carrier ) which could not reach the property and had to drop the luggage around 100 yards from the property. It was not an issue at all of our group We also had a medium sized car to drive around locally. We could take the car up to the garage in the property... with care.
Disliked: Everything was excellent...although a clothes dryer would be of help in wet weather.

Liked: Overall the home is quite nicer than what the pictures portray online. There was plenty of space for our big group! The views of the lake and the mountains are stunning. Irina is also an excellent host and communicates quickly.
Disliked: What we didn't like had nothing to do with the house. It is a walk to and from town or grocery stores. While there is a bus system in Bellagio, it is not always reliable and taxes are very hard to find.
Beautiful house, amazing views
Liked: The house is beautiful, nicely furnished and fully equipped. It was wonderful to have a pool and workout room on the property. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend!
A really high end home with a 5 star view!
Liked: Irina was great and the house is amazing! The view is incredible and the house is so well built and furnished. It is a work of art. I found myself taking pictures around the house and gardens because it was so pretty. The house is very private and great for just two people (like we did) and super great for a large group.
Disliked: The driveway getting to the property is tight but we managed without ever getting a scratch on the car. I would not let this deter you from renting.
