  Disliked: I didn't like was having to haul 60 lbs. of luggage up and down the stairs looking for the Hotel entrance, which there was none. It would have been good if at least there was a sign that said "La Casa di Greta". I did find the cleaning lady, but she didn't speak English. I was lucky to find a local who could, and after 30 minutes of searching I was able to get a key.
