Exceptional
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: There was insufficient basic cleaning supplies (we had to buy products to clean kitchen surfaces). There were (pet?) hairs in several of the beds - perhaps sheets had not been changed)? There owner’s brother attempted to gain access to the property at midnight on our last night. This caused distress to my young children and we thought we were Being broken in to. This is unacceptable. Hosts were not very responsive to requests. No meaningful control over the heating.

Liked: Location is very convenient to downtown. Good restaurants nearby. Large, comfortable unit with a nice little balcony giving incredible views over Cortina and beyond. Listing description was spot on.
Disliked: Unit is showing its age a bit. Did not diminish the quality of our experience.
Would never stay at this property or with Canga properties again - red flag!
Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The property was on the 3rd floor with no lift. Skis and ski boots needed to be kept in an outside garage that wasn't locked which was a concern. The bathrooms and ensuite in particular was in need of maintenance work. A number of lights didnt work on arrival. The biggest issue is that we got charged for damages which we did not do. Everything about the damages comes across as a planned process - charge a high deposit (EUR800) for damages, then make up a series of issues to give a reason to keep the deposit. Tried to dispute it but no feedback. Tries to dispute it with Booking.com but they didnt take any of our feedback either.
Spacious and well equipped apartment with an amazing view
Liked: Excellent views and very well located
Disliked: Second and third bathrooms are way too small. No overhead shower in the master bathroom

Liked: Very comfortable, excellent view, super convenient to get into town and to the gondola.
Disliked: Realistically, the master bedroom was great but the other bedrooms were not great. Very low ceilings. But every bedroom has a bathroom so that is good.
