Exceptional
Liked: Location was great. Very convenient for both downtown and for heading up to Lake Sorapis and Tre Cime.
Disliked: The room was very bare. A kettle and some water glasses would have been great. Bed was very narrow

Great stay at a great value
Liked: The hotel was perfectly located and only a three-minute walk to the main street, the room was spotless, and the staff was very accommodating, responding to our request promptly and supplying us with hiking poles free of charge.
Disliked: I didn't dislike anything. It's not a luxury hotel, but it serves its purpose, providing value, convenience, and great service.
nice family place close to city center
Liked: great location to city center. the room was OK, and very clean. Very good and clean bathroom. The place is run by a really nice family, very nice staff. Good breakfast.
Disliked: No elevator to the room on 2-nd floor, and no safe in the room or in the property, no minibar.
Lovely family hotel with charming hosts
Liked: The staff! We LOVED our stay here. The staff (a family) were really attentive, friendly and lovely to us throughout are stay. We lost a diamond earring down the shower plug hole and within 15 minutes, they had a plumber out to fish it out successfully. No charge. Really pleased we stayed at this charming hotel and THANK YOU for a lovely stay.:)) and parking for free on site.
